Who owns the account, and what happens if I cancel?
You own every account, from the first day. Ask for the login anytime and it is yours. If you cancel, the account stays yours for 7 days. Ask for the login in that window and the account, its followers and its history all go with you, free. After that we remove our access.
- We don't recommend logging in while we run the account. A sudden login from a new phone or location breaks the trust the account has built, and that is how shadowbans happen, when posts quietly stop being shown. If you still want the login, we hand it over.
- If we are out of phones in your country, you join a waitlist and get an email when one frees up. No credits are taken for it until we can start setting it up.
- We never sell an account on a phone we don't run.
Which country should my account be in?
Choose the country where your buyers are. The account lives on a phone in that country, so it is warmed by and shown to people in your market, in your language, on your local day. You pick the country when you order. Today that is the United States or the United Kingdom, and other countries are available on request.
- Warmed accounts in the US: the default, for brands selling to American buyers.
- Warmed accounts in the UK: for British buyers, and for US brands adding a UK account.

Worth knowing
